1.Install Ableton
2.Replace exe with the Cracked one
  On OSX replace the binary inside 'Abelton Live 9 Suite.app/Contents/MacOS/'
3.Open/Double Click on Authorize.auz (it is ableton's license format) or Drag it into Ableton 
  (after replacing the executablein step 2 of course)

4.That's it, Enjoy it
